1. Does Welcome Mat really interface directly with PeopleSoft?
YES! Welcome Mat RLMS interfaces with PeopleSoft in 3 areas.

• BioGraphic/Demographic: Welcome Mat gathers all Bio-Demo information on students directly from your PeopleSoft databases. This means your RLMS will have the latest student information as it is updated by other departments such as Admissions or Finance.
• Campus Living: Welcome Mat passes all campus living information back to your PeopleSoft system for items such as dorm address, mailbox and phone extension.
• Finance: Welcome Mat passes all financial information back to your PeopleSoft System using your PeopleSoft Item Types.
• We even give you the ability to manage your PS item types directly.

2. Must I have PeopleSoft to Use the Welcome Mat solution?
No. While integration with PeopleSoft is a great plus, Welcome Mat can interface with your current student system as long as you do not use a proprietary database. Also, we want to let you know up front that there may be some additional configuraton costs.

3. What is Welcome Mat created in?
Welcome Mat is a 100% browser based solution that is available in both ASP (active server pages) and PHP (Hypertext Pre-processor).

4. How much does Welcome Mat cost?
Welcome Mat RLMS full system price is $50,000. This includes the following:

• Implementation planning for admin screen layouts, on-line application, placement criteria and method of delivery
• Data set creation from your current RLMS
• Pilot test on our testing lab
• Deployment to your environment (1 to 2 days)
• Training (1 to 2 days)
• 1 year Support
• Access to system enhancements if you choose (you will never be forced to take any system enhancement)

5. What about multiple user licensing?
Welcome Mat is 100% Web based and does not require multiple user licensing.

6. What about "Next Generation" versions? How much will that cost and what if the version I'm using works just the way I want it to without "upgrading"?
With Welcome Mat we promise "No Suprises" pricing and "No Unwanted" upgrades. If you request customizations, we will provide you with a quote prior to any work performed.
You will never be forced to upgrade Welcome Mat. Support comes with every product we sell (license & service agreement required)
